At Sri Nookambika Raju Chicken Center, we prepare and deliver fresh meat with the highest quality standards. Since all orders are cleaned, cut, and packed fresh, we follow a strict return and refund timeline.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 1 Hour)

  Customers must raise any concern related to the product within 1 hour of receiving the order.

  After 1 hour, returns or complaints cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of fresh meat.
  

2. How to Raise a Concern

If you face any issue with the meat (quality, freshness, wrong item, etc.), you must:

  Contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
  
• 
  Provide clear details, photos, or a short video of the issue (if applicable).
  

3. Inspection Process

• 
  After receiving your complaint, our agent will visit your location to inspect the product.
  
• 
  The product must be:
  In its original condition
  Not cooked or washed
  Properly stored (preferably refrigerated)

If the product is found to be defective or not as promised, the return will be accepted.

4. Return Approval

A return will be approved after inspection, only if the complaint is valid and meets all criteria.

5. Refund or Exchange Options

Once the return is approved:

  We will provide a replacement on the same day, subject to availability.

B. Refund

  Refund will be initiated after the product is collected and approved.

6. Non-Returnable Situations
